Law Of Attraction – Inspiration Video

I’ve made an inspirational video which I thought I’d share with you. It’s a simple video about how it’s easy to focus on what is wrong with our lives. I believe there are a lot of people out there with low self-images, and this is my attempt to reach out to some of them and help them see how wonderful they are.



There are some truly beautiful places on our planet. Even if we can’t visit them, just looking at photos of them will help us to attract more beautiful and peaceful moments into our lives. This is the magic of the law of attraction.

It’s really amazing the effect that nature can have on our inner peace. If you are feeling low or stressed, try going and finding a park or even a flower garden to sit in for an hour. This can help raise your energy levels immensely. The law of attraction recognizes nature as a very positive energy. This is because in the ultimate reality, there is only joy!

Law Of Attraction – Where To Begin

The term “Law Of Attraction” covers a very broad area these days so it is good to get a sense of the different methodologies. In the very broadest sense, the law of attraction, simply means pro-actively designing your reality. By reality, I mean your physical (address, home, place of work etc), emotional (calmness, happiness, peace etc) and spiritual (relationships with others and yourself).

Whether you are aware of it or not, you are already creating your reality with every thought and feeling that you have. It’s estimated that we think an average of 10,000 thoughts per day, and that 80% of these are the same thoughts we had yesterday (and the day before that, and the day before that!).

In effect we are wearing a groove in our brain with our thought patterns. This groove becomes our emotional set-point. Ever notice how some people are happy go-lucky people, no matter what life throws at them? Whilst others can be negative for no apparent reason? This is the result of their “groove”. Just like the way water wears away rock, our thoughts can become unconscious patterns in our brain.

So what does this have to do with the Law Of Attraction? EVERYTHING! Our world is energy. Even the hardest, most solid rock is made of energy (albeit a slow moving form).  Like energy attracts like energy. When we wear a groove of negative thinking, we attract negative energy. This negative energy appears to us in the form of everything that we don’t want.

The simplest way to use the Law Of Attraction is to match our feelings to the energy of the item (or experience) that we want. If we feel excited about the thought of getting our dream job, then our aim is to wear a groove in our brain with that excitement. It’s no good feeling excited once and then going back to our old groove of ambivalence and worry. We need to match AS MUCH of our feelings ( thoughts) throughout our day to that initial feeling of excitement. That way we are attracting our dream job to us. That’s the Law Of Attraction IN ACTION!
